  • Unworn/Unwashed: The item should be returned in new condition. This means no wear, no washing, and the tags should still be attached.

  • No Stains or Odors: Items must be free from stains (e.g., makeup, food) or odors (e.g., perfume, smoke)

  • Gift Returns: If an item was purchased as a gift, we provide store credit or exchange even without a receipt.

  • Final Sale: Some items (e.g., clearance, sale items) may be marked as "final sale" and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
